The Cincinnati Bengals’ inability to establish the run against the Jacksonville Jaguars didn't leave Joe Burrow searching for a complicated solution.
“Let’s throw it more,” Burrow said when asked about the struggling ground game following Cincinnati’s 22-17 loss, per Dayton 24/7 Now's Ayden Crowley.

Burrow added that he has full belief in the Bengals’ pass protection and his ability to operate through the air.
Cincinnati leaned heavily on its quarterback Sunday. Burrow completed 39 of 54 passes for 428 yards and one touchdown while throwing two interceptions.
His 428 passing yards marked a season high and gave him his franchise-record 29th career 300-yard game.
The passing volume became necessary as Cincinnati generated little on the ground. Chase Brown, Samaje Perine and Burrow combined for only 23 rushing yards in the loss.
Despite that imbalance, the Bengals still produced 437 total yards and had a shot to win late. Burrow drove Cincinnati deep into Jacksonville territory before Brown was stopped a yard short of the first-down marker on fourth-and-10.
The loss dropped Cincinnati to 2-2 ahead of a Week 5 road matchup with the Miami Dolphins.
