The Cincinnati Bengals host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the season opener on Sunday and will go with a rare jersey combo and some new stuff for fans, too.
On the topic of jersey combinations, the Bengals will trot out this look:
- Jersey: Orange
- Pants: White with Orange Stripes
- Socks: Orange
That’s a combo the Bengals have only worn twice since the redesign in 2021 and they sport a 2-0 record over that span. Notably, both wins were over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
And for fans at Paycor Stadium, it’s not just the upgrades around the stadium they’ll notice. We’re also looking at new menus for the game day experience. The traditional stuff like burgers is there, as are local things like Penn Station.
But as WLWT’s Chris Jacobs pointed out, the club level has some fun new stuff too:
- eggroll burgers
- Thai-style pork belly
- Oktoberfest-themed items
It’s another Open in Orange event,
of course, so everything hits on the theme and time of year as the Bengals look to avoid the dreaded slow start to a season.
