The first game of the post-Trey Hendrickson era for the Cincinnati Bengals was a massive success.
There, the Bengals scooped up a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while getting big showings from the defense, with Boye Mafe, Hendrickson’s replacement, playing a part in the four forced turnovers.
But how did Hendrickson do in his new surroundings?
Suiting up for the Baltimore Ravens for the first time during a 41-23 win over the Indianapolis Colts, Hendrickson had one tackle, but eight pressures and some hurries.
Next Gen Stats summed up the experience:

So, nothing unexpected for Hendrickson, which enabled the Ravens to not blitz all that much while still generating pressure.
Granted, we’ll need to see how Hendrickson and the Ravens do when he’s not bullying this particular offensive lineman and an offense quarterbacked by Daniel Jones, but it’s the expected stuff so far.
As for the Bengals, they aren't complaining about avoiding the four-year contract worth $112 million, especially now that the Dexter Lawrence-Boye Mafe tandem is opening up a defensive rebound in Cincinnati.
