The Cincinnati Bengals are all systems go for Week 2 against the Houston Texans.
Joe Burrow’s back injury, if we can even call it that, created a stir this week before the Bengals hit the road.
Friday on final injury report day, though, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor shut down any concern about Burrow after the star quarterback was spotted going through his normal work during practice.
Taylor and the Bengals also confirmed that Shemar Stewart will return to action for the first time since the start of training camp, where he suffered a scary-looking injury.
Going into the game in Houston, it’s business as usual for the Bengals with Burrow, while Stewart will likely slowly roll back into the rotation on the defensive line.
