Jacksonville Jaguars' defensive end Travon Walker had a disruptive day against the Cleveland Browns in Week 1, and head coach Liam Coen certainly took notice.
"I thought he wreaked some havoc, especially early in the game," Coen said on Wednesday. "I think those guys all were doing a nice job rushing and affecting the quarterback at times. Yeah, like he can be a savage when he really wants to be. When he's going and staying low and coming off the rock and not hesitating or kind of waiting for the set, and just going and causing havoc, he can be that way. And I was pleased to see that show up in Week 1, especially to see some of the coverage and front match each other."

On just 25 pass rush reps, PFF credited Walker with seven quarterback pressures -- the most on the team -- and two sacks.
Among all edge defenders across the NFL in Week 1, Walker tallied the fifth-most pressures. He was also second in PFF's pass rush productivity metric.
To go along with his pass rush production, Walker has also proven to be a stout run defender during his career, and he brings added versatility to the Jaguars' defensive front with his ability to line up across multiple gaps.
