Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is questionable to return for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is being evaluated for a concussion, according to Ian Rapoport.
Chase initially went to the injury tent, but eventually headed to the locker room.

Before exiting the game, Chase had three receptions on four targets for 26 yards.
Chase has eclipsed the 1,200-yard receiving mark every season he's been in the NFL. This includes surpassing 1,700 yards twice.
Last season against Jacksonville, Chase went for 165 yards and a touchdown in Week 2.
