Any overhanging uncertainty around Jakobi Meyers' status for the Jacksonville Jaguars' season opener against the Browns can be washed away.
When speaking with reporters on Wednesday, Meyers said that he will play on Sunday, which, as John Shipley notes, isn't a surprise, but this does eliminate any potential uncertainty that may have been lingering.

Meyers did take part in at least a portion of Wednesday's practice, although he was spotted wearing a non-contact pinnie.
Meyers jammed his right hand and/or wrist a few weeks ago during the joint practice with Carolina. He did not take part in the joint practices the following week with Tampa
Bay.
In addition to taking part in Wednesday's practice, Meyers was on the practice field last week as well.
Meyers plays a key role in making the Jaguars' passing game go. In addition to his reliability as a pass-catcher, his ability to thrive over the middle of the field and on intermediate routes helps open up the rest of the offense.
