The Jacksonville Jaguars rolled to an easy 34-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 1.
Let's take a look back at Sunday's performance with Jacksonville's studs and duds.
Stud: Trevor Lawrence
Lawrence was excellent -- he was both efficient and able to generate big plays. He finished the game completing 18-of-23 passes for 245 yards with four touchdowns.
Dud: Kick coverage unit
The Jaguars have had very good special teams units under Heath Farwell, so there's no need to hit the panic button. That said, on six return attempts, the Browns averaged 38.0 yards per attempt, with a long of 74 yards. Cleveland also had returns of 37 yards and 34 yards.
Stud: Parker Washington
Washington picked up right where he left off last season. He caught five of the six passes that came his way for 83 yards and a score. He had
a long reception of 30 yards and averaged nearly 17 yards per catch.
Dud: Arik Armstead
It was a quiet day for Armstead. He played 24 pass-rush snaps in this contest and didn't log a single quarterback pressure, according to PFF.
Stud: LB Ventrell Miller
Miller did a bit of everything for the Jacksonville defense. He logged two pressures, one of which was a sack. He also led the team in total tackles with 10 and solo tackles with seven. In coverage, he allowed a total of just six yards.
