Earlier this summer, the Patriots acquired Brown in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown has eclipsed the 1,000-yard receiving mark in each of his first
seven NFL seasons. This includes surpassing 1,200 yards three times.
In the Jaguars' secondary this season, Montaric Brown will again start outside with Jourdan Lewis at the nickel. However, one major change from last season is that Travis Hunter is expected to play a much larger role defensively in 2026.
The Jaguars remain very bullish on Hunter's ability to make a significant impact at cornerback.
