Following the Jacksonville Jaguars' preseason game with the Carolina Panthers, the team announced a pair of roster moves on Sunday.
The Jaguars have signed defensive tackle Tommy Akingbesote and waived cornerback Devon Marshall with an injury designation.
Akingbesote was a seventh-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2025 out of Maryland. He spent portions of the 2025 season on the Carolina and Buffalo practice squads. Akingbesote did not appear in a regular-season game.

During his Maryland career, Akingbesote made 21 starts, while appearing in 44 total games. He totaled 77 tackles, including eight for a loss, with
four sacks, according to the Jaguars' team site.
Marshall was signed by the Jaguars after this past April's draft as an undrafted rookie.
