Coming out of the bye week, where do the Jacksonville Jaguars now stand in the competitive AFC playoff race?
While there is still a long way to go in the season, it's never too early to keep an eye on the standings.
When it comes to the division, the Jaguars got a lot of help with Houston, Indianapolis, and Tennessee all losing. At 4-2, Jacksonville leads the way in the South, while Houston and Indianapolis are 2-5.
In the overall AFC playoff picture, the Jaguars dropped from the three seed to the four seed, being passed by the Browns, who improved to 5-2 after beating Tennessee.
The Chiefs suffered their first loss of the year and are 5-1 at the top of the conference. Buffalo is the two-seed at 5-1 as well.
Right behind the Jaguars are the 5-2 Broncos
and Steelers, along with the 4-2 Bengals. New England and Baltimore are each 4-3 and on the outside looking in at the playoffs if the season were to end today.
