For roughly a year now, there has been trade speculation around Jacksonville Jaguars'WR Brian Thomas Jr. The team, however, has been unwilling to move the talented wideout.
However, that could potentially change.
According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, Thomas' "recent benching and ongoing struggles have ramped up belief within the league that Jacksonville will move him by the deadline."
The Jaguars have been fending off trade interest in WR Brian Thomas Jr. for over a year. But the former first-round pick’s recent benching and ongoing struggles have ramped up belief within the league that Jacksonville will move him by the deadline.

Thomas struggled to find a steady role in Year 1 under Liam Coen, which
initiated the trade speculation prior to last year's deadline. This year, his role has decreased throughout the season, which includes Thomas playing just 15 snaps in Week 6 against Houston.
He also has no receptions over the last two games, and this season, he has caught nine passes for 105 yards with a touchdown.
On Monday, Coen reiterated his confidence in Thomas Jr., saying, "He's going to be able to help us make plays this week."
That said, it remains to be seen where exactly Thomas Jr. fits in the current iteration of the Jacksonville offense.
Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers lead the way at wideout, while Josh Cameron has earned more opportunities, and we could potentially see Travis Hunter's role on offense expand. Not helping Thomas Jr. either is the Jaguars' use of heavy personnel packages.
The NFL trade deadline is Nov. 10.
