Hall of Fame cornerback Champ Bailey offered some very high praise for the Jacksonville Jaguars' Travis Hunter, following his performance on Sunday in Cincinnati.
Against the Bengals offense, Hunter was sticky in coverage, allowing four receptions on seven targets for just 26 total yards. He also had two pass breakups and a passer rating of 58.2 when targeted.
"You can see him getting comfortable with playing outside. ..The dude is a playmaker," Bailey said while appearing on 'Up & Adams.'

Bailey says he is one of Hunter's biggest fans and sees some parallels between the two,
with Bailey also seeing opportunities on offense in his playing career.
However, while Bailey believes Hunter can be great at wide receiver, he would first like to see him do so at cornerback before taking on a larger role offensively.
"To have corners with his ball skills and athleticism, it's rare," Bailey added. "It's rare to have somebody that dialed in to football play corner."
Given Hunter's talent and skill set, Bailey doesn't believe that it will take him long to really flourish at cornerback and establish himself as one of the best in the game.
"He can be a top 5 corner within no time," Bailey added.
Through four games, Hunter is allowing a completion rate of 59% on 17 targets, with three pass breakups, one interception, and a passer rating of 58.2 when targeted.
