The Jacksonville Jaguarshave made an addition to the offensive line unit ahead of Saturday's ninth training camp practice.
The team announced on Saturday that they've signed offensive lineman Geron Christian and placed Garrett DiGriorgio on the reserve/injured list to make room on the roster.
DiGiorgio was signed by the Jaguars after the 2026 NFL draft as an undrafted free agent.
This addition comes as the Jaguars navigate numerous injuries along the offensive line. John Shipley of Jaguars on SI noted that by the end of Friday's practice, Walker Little, Patrick Mekari, Emmanuel Pregnon, and Chuma Edoga were all dealing with injuries. Cole Van Lanen also remains on the PUP list.
The addition of Christian provides needed depth right now.

Christian
adds experience to the Jaguars front, which can perhaps help him hit the ground running in practice. A third-round pick by Washington in 2018, Christian has appeared in 63 games, making 25 starts.
His last regular-season snaps on offense came during the 2023 season. The bulk of Christian's playing time has come at left tackle.
In addition to Washington, Christian has played for Houston, Kansas City, where he won a Super Bowl, Cleveland, and the LA Rams.
