Matt Okada of NFL.com named Jacksonville Jaguars' running back Bhayshul Tuten the "start of the week" for Week 4 of the fantasy football season.
Up next for Tuten and the Jaguars is a matchup against a stout Bengals' defensive front that features Dexter Lawrence in the middle. However, Tuten's early-season play, coupled with Cincinnati's tendency to surrender explosive runs, is why Okada believes he is a must-start.
"Among qualified running backs, Tuten is second in success rate behind Bijan Robinson and has the highest rate of runs with a speed of 15-plus miles per hour (41.9%)," Okada wrote. "Facing a Bengals defense allowing the sixth-highest explosive run rate (13.1%) and the second-highest rate of rushes over expected yards (47.3%), Tuten is worth
playing as a high-end RB2."
Even with some up-and-down offensive line play this season, Tuten has remained efficient, averaging 4.7 yards per carry. Behind Tuten's success is his ability to make defenders miss. Entering Week 4, he ranks third among running backs in average yards after contact and third in missed tackles forced, per PFF.
The Bengals boast one of the most disruptive pass rush units in football. Being able to run the ball to keep Trevor Lawrence out of predictable passing situations will be crucial. This could be a game where getting Tuten and the rushing attack going is a key element for Liam Coen.
