The Jacksonville Jaguars are elevating two players from the practice squad to the game-day roster for the team's Week 2 matchup with the Broncos.
For the second week in a row, quarterback Nick Mullens will be elevated and active on Sunday. In Week 1, he served as the Jaguars' backup quarterback.

While the Jaguars value Quinn Ewers' upside, he is still an inexperienced quarterback and is learning the Liam Coen offense. Mullens has both NFL experience and a year-plus under his belt in the Coen system.
This is Mullens' second of three practice squad elevations.
The other move the Jaguars made
was elevating linebacker Jalen McLeod. A sixth-round pick in 2025, McLeod missed his rookie season due to injury. He was released during roster cutdowns after training camp and then signed back to the Jaguars' practice squad.
He will most likely provide special teams help on Sunday.
