As Thomas' role has decreased throughout the season, his standing within the offense has come into question, which has led to many wondering if the wideout could be traded.
This season, Thomas has caught only nine passes for 105 yards with a score.
He has no receptions over the last two games and played just 15 snaps against Houston, including none in the second half.
Adam Schefter reported recently that the Jaguars have "shown no signs of engaging in trade talks" about Thomas Jr. However, Jeremy Fowler's latest intel suggests that those around the NFL think Thomas Jr.'s time with the team is nearing an end.
"Everybody goes through adversity," Thomas said. "You've just got to keep fighting through it. That's the only way I know how to get through, just keep fighting through it. And that's what I'm going to continue to do."
On Monday, Coen reiterated his confidence in Thomas Jr., saying, "He's going to be able to help us make plays this week."
