The Jacksonville Jaguars reportedly had representatives at a few college football games over the weekend.
According to Ryan Fowler, the Jaguars were one of several teams with scouts at the Michigan State vs. Notre Dame game. Jacksonville was also represented at USC vs. Rutgers.
Scouts and/or personnel executives attending college football games in person is common practice in the NFL. It is a regular part of the evaluation process.
