The Dallas Cowboys (2-4) and Philadelphia Eagles (2-4) square off on Monday Night Football at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET (ESPN / ABC). Let's analyze NFL odds around the Cowboys at Eagles odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Cowboys lost for the 11th time in their last 13 games against the Green Bay Packers (+1.5), falling 23-13 (Under 54) last Sunday in Green Bay. Trailing 17-0 at the half -- the first time being shutout in the first half since Nov. 7, 2021 -- QB Dak Prescott's arm got a workout as the Cowboys were forced to abandon the run. Prescott completed 34 of 54 passes with 1 TD, but threw 2 critical INTs in Packers territory that cost
the Cowboys scoring opportunities. While the Cowboys held the Packers to 57 yards rushing, QB Jordan Love had better luck through the air, completing 23 of 41 passes for 276 and 1 TD, with 1 INT. Love also ran for a score.
The injury-riddled Eagles suffered a fourth straight loss for the first time since 2020 as the Carolina Panthers (-2.5) cruised to a 25-14 (Under 39.5) victory in Philadelphia. Instead of QB Jalen Hurts and RB Saquan Barkley, both out with injuries, the Eagles backfield consisted of QB Tanner McKee and RB Dameon Pierce. McKee completed 26 of 45 passes for 215 yards and 1 TD, but was sacked 3 times. Pierce had 35 yards and 1 TD on 12 carries and was the only Eagles RB to record a carry. The defense allowed Panthers QB Bryce Young to complete 20 of 39 passes for 281 yards and 2 TDs, while RB Chubba Hubbard ran for 120 yards and 1 TD on 28 carries.
The Cowboys lead the all-time series vs. the Eagles 75-59. The teams split the series last season, each winning at home. The Eagles won 24-20 in Week 1 while the Cowboy prevailed 24-21 in Week 11.

Cowboys at Eagles picks and predictions
Prediction
Cowboys 27, Eagles 14
Moneyline
PASS.
This is exactly the kind of game the Cowboys love to lose -- as favorites against a team in a tailspin that they should easily beat. It's already happened once this season, falling at home to the hapless Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who were starting an undrafted rookie QB. It remains the Bucs' lone win. So if you want to take a flyer on the Eagles, I wouldn't blame you.
Against the spread
BET COWBOYS -4.5 (-108).
The Eagles did get some good news this week as Barkley is expected to make his return to the lineup. However, even before the injury he hadn't been playing up to his normal standards, with 0 TDs in 4 games played.
The Cowboys are relatively healthy, especially on offense, and should win this one going away. Emphasis on SHOULD. Prescott has had a fare amount of success vs. the Eagles with a 10-5 record. Though he's 3-4 in games played in Philadelphia, he's thrown for 1,608 yards with 10 TDs and 0 INT in those 7 games.
Over/Under
BET UNDER 44 (-110).
The Eagles are giving up an average of 22.8 points per game, with 19 the fewest they've allowed in any one game and 27 the most. I'd expect the Cowboys to fall somewhere in that range.
I'm not sure the return of Barkley will change the Eagles' offensive fortunes much with an injury-decimated offensive line and a relatively unknown backup QB making his fourth career start.
Best prop bet
Bet Cowboys RB JAVONTE WILLIAMS ANYTIME TD (-165).
The Cowboys haven't had much success running the ball this season, but Williams still has found pay dirt 8 times, second in the NFL. He's scored a TD in 5 of 6 games.
