Yes, Philly hasn't covered in 2 tries yet. But, it also hasn't faced a team with its backup quarterback, whether it is Bagent or Keenum. It is a game on the road, but the Eagles are the better team here, and the offense should be able to get going in this primetime clash.
Over/Under
OVER 41.5 (-108) is the lean, but go with a half-unit play at most, as the Bears can't be trusted to give us much assistance toward the Over. Again, the Eagles have cashed high in both of their games, allowing 21 points per game. The Bears likely won't come near that, but the Eagles should be able to set a season high in offense after posting 24 points in each of the first 2 wins.
