I think the Chargers are better than their 0-3 record might show, but I'm not picking the upset in Seattle as they take on the No. 1 defense in the NFL.
Against the spread

Consider buying it down to 6.5 to avoid the potential push. The Seahawks are first in the league in total defense (228.7 yards per game), first in pass defense (141.7), sixth in rush defense (87.0) and tied for third in scoring defense (16.7 points per game). The Chargers, meanwhile, rank 29th in scoring offense (14.7) -- only the Dolphins, Patriots and Titans are worse.
Over/Under
BET OVER 42.5 (-110).
My projected score comes just over this total, but I don't have a strong feeling about it. All three Chargers games so far this season have totals of 40 points exactly. Their offense has too much talent to be putting up such a low point totals each week, but the Seahawks are probably not the team against whom they'll change their fortunes. Seattle has scored 31 points in back-to-back games after being held to 13 in its season opener vs. the Patriots.
