Newly acquired F Anthony Davis was the dominant force in that game, finishing with 34 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 stocks (steals + blocks). Toronto's defense looked elite against the Bulls, and that projects to continue here. The Raptors have the wings to shut down all of Washington's perimeter players, especially the smaller Young, and their physicality will likely rattle this mostly young team. Davis provides an equalizer for the Wizards, as Toronto has no one who can match up with his size or dominance on the low block, but he won't be enough for the Wizards to cover without much help from his guards.
Over/Under
BET UNDER 236.5 (-110).
The Raptors will force bad shots and bad turnovers all game to slow Washington's offense down, and expect that Toronto is the more physical and aggressive team. On the other side, Washington will likely see some defensive success when its starting lineup is in; Davis and C Alex Sarr are both great defensive anchors, and G/F Kyshawn George will cause some problems on the perimeter for the Raptors. Neither team will be able to just run the other over in the halfcourt, so expect that the Under cashes comfortably here.

Davis will be the only consistent form of offense for Washington, so he will get plenty of opportunities to cash this bet. It likely won't be the prettiest 22 points you've ever seen, as Davis will have an elite defender on him all game no matter what lineup is in for the Raptors, but with his size and ability to draw fouls, he will eventually get Over 21.5 points.
