The Cleveland Browns (4-2) and the Tennessee Titans (1-5) meet Sunday for a Week 7 matchup at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Let's analyze NFL odds around the Browns vs. Titans odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
Browns lead all-time series 37-33. This series dates back to 1970, when the Titans were known as the Houston Oilers. Tennessee won last season's meeting 31-29 as a 3.5-point underdog as the Over (33.5) easily cashed. The road team has won 4 of the past 5 meetings, while going 3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past 4 encounters. The Over is 3-1 in the past 4 meetings in the series, and 8-2 across the previous 10 installments.
Cleveland (+3.5) picked
up a 13-10 home win against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6 as the Under (39.5) cashed. PK Andre Szmyt had a walk-off 37-yard field goal for the win. The Browns have won 4 of the past 5 games, while also going 4-1 ATS. This is Cleveland's first game this season as a favorite. The Under is 3-1 in the past 4 outings, with the defense allowing 19 or fewer points in 4 of the past 4 contests.
Tennessee (+6.5) earned its first victory of the season 26-20 at the Indianapolis Colts as the Over (43.5) came in. Former Ohio State WR Carnell Tate led the way with 6 receptions for 70 yards and a TD on 7 targets. QB Cam Ward was just 11 of 22 for 102 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT in the victory. The biggest momentum changer was a blocked punt for touchdown by DL Oluwafemi Oladejo.

Browns at Titans picks and predictions
Prediction
Titans 19, Browns 17
Moneyline
The TITANS (+110) are worth playing as short dogs at home, as they look for a second consecutive victory.
If you're spent any number of years watching the Browns, you know that the most dangerous thing you can do is expect Cleveland to win. That's when it always disappoints.
The good news is that RB Quinshon Judkins is healthy enough to play, giving Cleveland another playmaker it desperately needs.
Against the spread
Playing Titans +2 (-110) makes little sense, as there is no reason to pay up for such a small amount of wiggle room.
If you like Tennessee to win outright, take it on the moneyline. If you like the Browns -2 (-110), lay the points rather than paying up for the ML.
AVOID.
Over/Under
UNDER 37 (-110) is the lean, but go with a half-unit play at best.
While, yes, we've had the Over dominate in this series lately, including last season's meeting, both teams are struggling on offense this season. Cleveland is averaging 12.5 points per game in the past 2 games, while allowing 13.5 PPG. It has allowed 19 or fewer points in 4 of the past 5 games, too, cashing the Under at a 3-1 clip in the previous 4 outings.
For Tennessee, the Under is 3-1 in the past 4 outings, and it needed a special teams TD to get the win, and for the Over to barely cash, in last week's game.
Best prop bet
Titans QB CAM WARD - OVER 0.5 INTERCEPTIONS (+105).
Ward has thrown at least one pick in 4 consecutive outings, so this is a strong play at plus-money. The Cleveland passing defense has come up with 4 interceptions through 6 games.
