The Buffalo Bills (4-1) and Las Vegas Raiders (3-2) square off Sunday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS). Let's analyze NFL odds around the Bills vs. Raiders odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Bills stayed out west for this one after beating the LA Rams 37-34 in an overtime thriller on Monday Night Football in Week 5. While a Buffalo victory, there were some mixed headlines that came from the win.
QB Josh Allen got the job done with his legs (121 rushing yards) against the Rams, but for most of the evening, the arm didn't seem to be there (12 of 19, 210 yards 1 TD, 1 INT). Since the game, Allen has cited "mechanical issues" that he is working through. But
that's just the start of the headlines in Buffalo.
The Bills defense is being roasted by onlookers and opposing offenses alike this season. Buffalo's secondary is the NFL's second-worst in 2026, allowing 280.4 yards per game. Not to forget, we haven't even mentioned RB James Cook's recent fumbling issues.
Regardless, a win is a win for Buffalo and they head to Las Vegas after bouncing back in Week 5 following their lone loss to the New England Patriots the week prior.
That win is something the Raiders could sorely use right now. After a surprising 3-0 start to the year, it has been back-to-back defeats for the Silver and Black. In a 45-17 blowout loss to those same Patriots last week, QB Fernando Mendoza, saw his first-career snaps as starting QB Kirk Cousins was pulled near the end. However, this lines up as a bounce-back game for Cousins against Buffalo's defense as he sits eighth in the league with 1,269 yards passing and is tied for second with 12 TDs.
But this one could come down to the play in the trenches.
The Bills lead this all-time series by the smallest of margins (22-21) and have won the last 3 meetings. The last Bills-Raiders matchup came in 2023, a 38-10 win for Buffalo. The Bills head into Sunday with a matching 4-1 record against the spread (ATS) and Over/Under. The Raiders are 3-2 ATS and O/U, with the Over hitting in 3 straight games.

Bills at Raiders picks and predictions
Prediction
Bills 31, Raiders 27
Moneyline
PASS.
At -235, there is not much juice there the taking if you're thinking the Bills.
Against the spread
BET RAIDERS +5 (-110).
The Bills' offensive line should get the job done against the Raiders defense. Cook has had issues fumbling, but he has put up numbers otherwise against much better fronts than the one Las Vegas has. Even so, Buffalo's defense just keeps opponents in the game. Whether it's a tight game throughout or back door cover, the Raiders getting 5 points at home is a hit.
Over/Under
BET OVER 53.5 (-110).
It's a massive number for good reason. The huge advantage the Bills offense has on the ground combined with the prowess the Raiders will flex with Cousins throwing the ball should carry this one to the Over.
BEST PROP BET
Bet Raiders TE BROCK BOWERS ANYTIME TD (-111).
Again, the Bills are bad against the pass on defense. But Bowers has been fantastic in his own right. He has gone over 100 yards twice in his 3 games played this season and has a TD in each outing. There is no reason to think that pace won't continue on Sunday.
