These NFC East rivals split a pair of high-scoring games in 2025, with an average of 64.0 combined points per game (PPG). The winning team has averaged 32.6 PPG in the past 10 meetings, so there is plenty of offensive to be had.
The Giants welcome back RB Cam Skattebo and WR Malik Nabers after injuries cut their seasons short in 2025. That should help the New York offense be a little more effective in 2026. New York also
has a new head coach, as John Harbaugh comes in after going 180-113 in the regular season across 18 seasons in Baltimore, winning the Super Bowl in 2012.
The Cowboys' Brian Schottenheimer, who took over for Mike McCarthy prior to last season, guided the Cowboys to a 7-9-1 record in his first season at the helm in 2025, missing the postseason. QB Dak Prescott is back healthy, though, and expectations in Dallas as high, as they usually are.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart OVER 213.5 PASSING YARDS (-113)
The Cowboys had the NFL's worst passing defense in 2025, and it wasn't really close. Dallas allowed 4,521 yards through the air, and 58 passing plays of 20+ yards, and 14 passing plays of 40+ yards -- the latter also an NFL high. Obviously, Dallas addressed this in the offseason, trying to shore things up, but the jury is still out on how well the Cowboys have improved. Dart will look to pick them apart early and often.
Giants TE Isaiah Likely 40+ ALT RECEIVING YARDS (+102) and 4+ RECEPTIONS (-108)
At plus- (or near plus-) money, we're going to go with a pair of Likely receiving props on Sunday night.
Likely followed Harbaugh over to the G-Men, and the head coach loves to lean upon his tight ends. Perhaps nobody on the Giants offense knows Harbaugh's system better than Likely, and he'll 'likely' be leaned upon heavily, especially in the first half as Dart and the offense are feeling out the Dallas defense. And, when the Giants gets into the red zone, Likely is a super strong value at (+320) as an Anytime TD Scorer, too.
Last season, Likely had 27 receptions for 307 yards and a TD, but he also had to contend with TE Mark Andrews. That isn't the case now.
As their current prices, both of these options are very nice values.

Cowboys RB Javonte Williams - ANYTIME TD (-145)
Williams went for 1,201 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground last season, his first in Dallas. In his lone appearance against the Giants in a wild Sunday night game at Jerry World, he ran 18 times for 97 yards and a touchdown.
The Giants allowed 21 rushing touchdowns last season, among the worst marks in the NFL, and when Dallas moves into the red zone, the G-Men are likely to see a heavy dose of Williams.
Cowboys PK Brandon Aubrey - OVER 7.5 KICKING POINTS (-155 at BetMGM)
Aubrey is quite a weapon, especially from distance. He connected on 36 of 42 field-goal attempts last season, while going 47 of 48 on point-after attempts. He tied a season-best with 16 points in a SNF win in OT against the Giants on Sept. 14 of last season, hitting a pair of 50+ field goals, with all 4 field goals coming from 40 or more yards. He should be a busy guy in Sunday's opener.
