It would be a shocking upset if the Dolphins went into San Francisco and beat the 49ers. And there's no value in picking the 49ers straight up.
Against the spread
BET 49ERS -13.5 (-110).
The Dolphins are playing their second straight game in the Pacific Time Zone, but they did stay out west rather than return to Miami following their loss in Las Vegas last Sunday. The Dolphins could barely hang with the Raiders; I don't see how they're going to mount much of a challenge against the 49ers.
Purdy has better weapons at his disposal than does Cousins and he shouldn't have much trouble carving up this Dolphins defense. After seeing what Jeanty did to the Dolphins, McCaffrey should have a big game, as well.
Over/Under
BET OVER 45 (-110).
There are some games where the opponent alone might hit the over against the Dolphins and this could be one of them. If they can protect Willis, the Dolphins have some promising talent at the skill positions to move the ball and maybe keep it interesting.
