The Seattle Seahawks (1-0) and Arizona Cardinals (1-0) clash Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, in a AFC West matchup in Week 2. Kickoff at State Farm Stadium is at 4:25 p.m. ET (FOX). Let's analyze NFL odds around the Seahawks vs. Cardinals odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The defending champion Seahawks opened the season at home last week on Wednesday. In a rematch of the Super Bowl, they beat the New England Patriots 13-10, failing to cover the 3.5-point spread as favorites with the Under (43.5) cashing. Starting QB Sam Darnold injured his glute, exiting after their first possession. Backup QB Drew Lock threw a touchdown pass and the Seattle defense picked off Patriots QB Drake Maye, rallying back from a 10-0
deficit.
The Cardinals upset the LA Chargers last Sunday 26-14 as 9.5-point road underdogs with the Under (47.5) cashing. They scored on their first possession and never trailed in the game. QB Jacoby Brissett passed for 277 yards and a touchdown, and the defense forced 2 turnovers.
The Seahawks lead the all-time series 31-22-1 and have won 9 straight against the Cardinals. They beat the Cardinals 44-22 in Seattle in their last meeting as 6.5-point favorites with the Over (44.5) cashing. They won 23-20 in the first meeting last season in Arizona.

Seahawks at Cardinals picks and predictions
Prediction
Seahawks 24, Cardinals 13
Moneyline
The Cardinals shocked the league with their Week 1 win over the Chargers, but they have lost 9 straight games to the Seahawks.
Arizona had nearly 400 yards of offense last week, but they were only 2 for 5 scoring touchdowns in the red zone.
Seattle is tremendous against the run, allowing only 2.6 yards per attempt to running backs in Week 1. They will keep Arizona one-dimensional, and Lock showed the ability to move the ball and make plays against a New England defense that was one of the league's best a season ago. The Cardinals' defense, while they made plays in Week 1, is not considered to be on the same level.
The Seahawks should get the win, but the spread will give you better value.
PASS.
Against the spread
Between Darnold being ruled out and Arizona's surprising win in Week 1, the spread moved from 10 points to 4, which feels like an extreme overcorrection.
Seattle's defense is tremendous. Arizona's offense moved the ball against the Chargers, but it will be a different beast. And the Seahawks are willing to get into ugly dogfights. The Cardinals aren't equipped for that.
The Seahawks are 8-1 ATS in their 9-game winning streak against the Cardinals.
BET SEAHAWKS -4 (-105).
Over/Under
The Under cashed in both teams' season openers. The Under is 4-2 in their last 6 meetings.
BET UNDER 41 (-112).
Best prop bet
Jacoby Brissett OVER 220.5 passing yards
Brissett had 277 passing yards last week and passed for 258 in his last start against the Seahawks. He has had over 220 passing yards in 11 of his 13 starts with the Cardinals.
