49ers QB Brock Purdy UNDER 243.5 PASSING YARDS (-113)
Purdy and the 49ers are the first team to face DE Myle Garrett and the Rams defense. Garrett plays his first game since being acquired from the Cleveland Browns in the offseason, and while DT Aaron Donald will not play in this game, the Rams are Super Bowl favorites because of the acquisition of Garrett, and what should be a lockdown defense, and a top-tier offense. As far as defense, look for that pass rush to really pressure Purdy, leading to plenty of dinks and dunks, and not many looks downfield on go routes.
49ers WR De'Zhaun Stribling 3+ RECEPTIONS (-178)
We're going to go on the conservative side with the rookie receiver out of Ole Miss, simply looking for 3 catches. However, if you are a little more adventurous, 4+ Receptions (+132) at plus-money is attractive.
For the reasons we mentioned above about Purdy's passing routes being short to intermediate, that's right up the alley of Stribling, who is expected to work plenty in the slot. He'll get a few confidence-building, short-route receptions, and this prop could be cashed by halftime.

Rams RB Kyren Williams ANYTIME TD (-135)
Williams rushed 14 times for 65 yards with no touchdowns in a 26-23 OT loss to the Niners at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles last season, but he hauled in 2 TDs through the air.
In the rematch on Nov. 9 in Santa Clara, Williams punched in a pair of rushing scores in a 42-26 victory. In 5 career games against the 49ers, he has scored 5 rushing touchdowns and 4 receiving scores, and 4 of those 5 games he has multiple TDs against the 49ers.
Myles Garrett To Record a Sack (-146)
It's a strong play on Garrett recording at least 1 sack in his first game with the Rams Down Under. In his final 11 games as a member of the Browns, he had at least 1 sack in 9 of those games, recording 23 sacks last season. And, last season, in a game at home against the 49ers at Huntington Bank Field, he solved the San Francisco offensive line to record a sack.
