Not only have injuries decimated the Eagles, but they also lost 6-time Pro Bowl RT Lane Johnson to an unexpected retirement this week after he missed last Sunday's game vs. the Rams for personal reasons.
Against the spread
BET JAGUARS -7.5 (-110).
Amidst all the Eagles injuries and the surprise retirement of Johnson, the line has ballooned from Jaguars -3 at the beginning of the week to Jags -7.5.
The Eagles defense has kept them competitive as the offense has struggled most of the season, averaging 269.8 ypg (28th in the NFL). The passing game has been especially dreadful, averaging a meager 160.8 ypg (also 28th). Even before his latest injury, Barkley was experiencing one of the worst starts to a season in his career, failing to score a TD or break 100 yards rushing in game through the team's first four games.
The Jaguars rank second against the run (74.3 ypg), but 31st against the pass (280.3), so it's weakness vs. weakness in that respect, but without Barkley or Smith, the Eagles are even more disadvantaged.
Over/Under
BET UNDER 42 (-118).
I'm not expecting offensive fireworks in this one. Without Barkley or Smith and with Hurts struggling, there isn't much to fear on this Eagles offense. The Jags offense has been inconsistent and I expect the Eagles defense to show up in London to keep the game on the lower-scoring end of things.

Washington has been missing in action the past couple of weeks after he had emerged as one of Lawrence's favorite targets late last season and through the team's first 2 games this season.
