New Orleans Saints players reported for the start of training camp on Tuesday, but some of them are managing injuries to open camp. General manager Mickey Loomis told reporters
two players went on the PUP list: defensive lineman Keeshawn Silver, a rookie free agent from the USC Trojans; and wide receiver Mason Tipton, a third-year pro. Loomis expressed optimism that both of them will be back soon but declined to share a timeline.Additionally, two players are going on the non-football injury list: defensive tackle Zxavian Harris, who is still recovering from foot surgery in March; and tight end Cody Hardy, who didn't pass conditioning test. Loomis added that they shoukdn't miss much time, either.
That's the bad news. The good news is that first-round
wide receiver Jordyn Tyson is good to go, as is second-round pick Christen Miller. Loomis said that anyone else he didn't mentioned passed the conditioning test and will participate in practice. You can find a full list of players who ended the 2025 season with injuries right here.
