Jackson keyed in on a cornerback guarding his wide receiver Rashod Bateman at the sideline and tried to throw his man open by going further downfield -- but he missed veteran safety Julian Blackmon, who picked him off. That gave Tyler Shough the chance to kneel from the victory formation.
New Orleans went into this road game as heavy underdogs; many sportsbooks favored the Ravens by more than eight points. Walking into hostile territory and coming away with a win against a Super Bowl contender led by an MVP candidate can't be undersold. We talked about this game as the toughest matchup on the Saints'
entire schedule. It was a huge moment for Blackmon, too, who went down with a season-ending injury after the season opener one year ago.
