Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season is here, and for the New Orleans Saints, that means their first home matchup has also arrived. After playing games in Detroit and Baltimore to open the campaign, and splitting the two to pick up a 1-1 record.
With the home opener being important as always, the Saints have announced two pretty major additions to the experience for fans expecting to attend. First off, they announced that fans will receive a 60th anniversary commemorative coin:

In addition to this, the halftime show for this matchup will be hosted by 4-time NBA champion Shaquille O'Neal,
who has ventured into a music career following his NBA years. He remains a popular figure in Louisiana after rising to stardom on the LSU Tigers college basketball team.

Both will make for an intriguing experience for any of the fans in attendance, as New Orleans looks to open the season 2-1 and build some momentum heading into the middle portion of the schedule. With the 2-0 Las Vegas Raiders on deck, it will make for a fun battle to tune in to no doubt.
