Sonna ma gun. Funny business is foot in TNA. Santino Marella got himself into trouble on Impact (Apr. 9, 2026), and now he is suspended indefinitely. Indi Hartwell also felt the pinch for a suspension as well.
Cameras caught Santino being a frustrated father with the rebellion of his daughter. He didn’t raise Arianna Grace to be like this. Arianna accused Santino of being jealous of her success as Knockouts champion. Stacks stepped up for his woman and told Santino to step off. Stacks threatened the old man,
so Santino served a knuckle sandwich. Arianna and Stacks scurried away. Santino gave chase in a powerwalk. Arianna hid Stacks in the women’s locker room. That seemed like safe strategy, well, until Indi Hartwell came along. She peeped inside to make sure Santino wouldn’t be intruding on anyone. The coast was clear. As the door closed, sounds of fisticuffs were heard. Santino and Indi reemerged with frazzled hair and out of breath like they were getting freaky in there. Indi handed the stolen Cobra back to Santino.
Unfortunately for Santino, there were consequences for his actions. Daria Rae took pleasure to inform Santino that the board of directors issued an indefinite suspension. Santino was taken aback. Daria pointed out how he entered the women’s locker room and put hands on talent. Indi tried to plead Santino’s case. In doing so, she nudged Daria’s shoulder. The Suit was infuriated and suspended Hartwell indefinitely too for that assault. Daria smiled at her power play over them.
There seems to be a couple angles brewing here. First, it makes sense for Santino and Indi to team up for a mixed tag team match against Arianna and Stacks. If Arianna is still champion after Rebellion, then perhaps it springboards into a feud for the Knockouts title. As for the suspensions, Daria is clearly sullying the good name of Santino to take his spot as authority figure.
