The news surrounding Bayern Munich’s rumored interest in Newcastle United attacker Anthony Gordon has been running rampant of late, but there does appear to be some merit in the Bavarians having genuine interest in the 25-year-old.
In fact, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg is reporting that Bayern Munich believes there is a “realistic chance” to get Gordon this summer:

He is their

Bayern Munich’s roster will not see much (if any) movement from the core players this summer, but could ultimately result in a few moves for players on the roster’s periphery. If that happens, there could be enough revenue generated to help support (but not fully cover) this kind of move. Bayern Munich should also benefit nicely should it continue to advance in the Champions League as well.
In short, if both Bayern Munich and Gordon want this move to happen, it will come down to the price tag Newcastle has on Gordon’s head.
