After a career-best completion percentage and his first 300-yard game of 2026, Caleb Williams earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors.
Williams completed 30 of 36 passes for 305 yards and a touchdown with a 111.2 QB rating against the Falcons.
It is Williams’ second Offensive Player of the Week award, joining Jay Cutler as the only Bears QB to win it twice.
After missing the previous three games due to his hamstring injury, it was an emphatic “welcome back” moment for the Bears’ signal caller.
The offense went four-for-five in the red zone (they technically kneeled it out in the red zone to end the game).
He was the second QB to have an over-80 percent completion percentage and 300 yards on at least 35 attempts this season. Geno Smith did it in week three.
Saints CB Martin Emerson was the NFC Defensive Player of the Week after recording seven tackles, four pass breakups, one tackle for loss and two interceptions as New Orleans beat the New York Giants.
Cardinals kicker Chad Ryland won the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honor after going 6-for-6 and kicking the game-winning field goal against the Rams.
