The Seattle Seahawks haven’t had an actual practice during this short week turnaround to face the Los Angeles Rams. In a world where the Seahawks did do a normal practice, the injury report looks very clean except for one key player: Charles Cross.
Seattle’s standout left tackle left Sunday’s 18-16 win over the Indianapolis Colts with a hamstring injury following an awkward landing on Jason Myers’ winning field goal. Unsurprisingly, both Monday and Tuesday merited DNPs for Cross, which puts his status
for Thursday’s game in doubt. If he misses his first game all season, Josh Jones would be the backup against a formidable Rams defensive front.
Everyone else on the injury report for the Seahawks was listed as a full participant, including right tackle Abe Lucas and outside linebacker Derick Hall, both of whom briefly left the Colts game with injuries before returning to the field. Dareke Young is a name to watch for activation off injured reserve, providing some valuable special teams snaps as a gunner and returner.
Here’s the full report for both teams, which includes the possibility of no Davante Adams for the Rams due to a hamstring re-aggravation. Also, did you know Nick Vannett is on the Rams now?
Game designations will be announced on Wednesday.
