The Denver Broncos had a bit of good news / bad news on Saturday when they activated wide receiver Pat Bryant off injured reserve and then send defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike to injured reserve. The loss of Uwazurike could be a big deal against run-heavy teams as he has been rather stout inside, but that is a worry for another day — probably on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Black Friday.
There was initial belief that safety Talanoa Hufanga would be able to play, but after warm ups
they decided to shut him down for a fourth-straight game. Outside linebacker Donrea Tillman was the lone other questionable player on the list and he will be active along with Bryant for this game against the Carolina Panthers. With safety Brandon Jones out, the Broncos will also be rolling with their reserve safeties for another week.
