Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the MLB. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Rockies fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
The arbitration deadline is tomorrow, and the Rockies have six players who are arbitration eligible this year. Not coming to terms with them by the deadline doesn’t necessarily mean things will go to a hearing, but the likelihood goes up. There have been instances — namely Kyle
Freeland in 2023 and Nolan Arenado in 2019, among others — of the team and players coming to terms later, as the Rockies have only gone to a hearing five times in their existence (and the team has won four times).
Renee Dechert broke everything down in her Rockpile yesterday, but do you think they’ll come to terms with everyone by tomorrow’s deadline? Let us know your thoughts!
