We’re pretty much Grade A Duke fans around here, but nobody knows everything. However, this guy comes close.
Imagine if you had a near-encyclopedic recall of Blue Devils in the NBA. Not only that, you could name every team’s leading career scorer from Duke.
That’s a big ask.
When this guy started to go through it, there were spots that we just couldn’t come up with the names. The Milwaukee Bucks got us, for one. The New York Knicks were a bit of a stumble, too. And we would’ve thought that Zion Williamson
was the leading Duke scorer for the New Orleans Pelicans as well.
Nope!
We could be wrong, but by our count, every NBA team is represented on this list.
Some names were obvious, some were a bit more unexpected, but we were definitely impressed that the Duke savant got Jeff Mullins (Golden State) and Jack Marin, who played for the Baltimore Bullets.
