The Cleveland Browns are on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season this Sunday, September 20, at 1:00 pm ET. The Browns are 8.5-point underdogs against the Bengals, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Here are my favorite player prop bets from the Browns’ perspective in Week 2.
Browns vs. Buccaneers Best NFL player prop bets
Harold Fannin Over 35.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
The Bengals’ tight ends combined for 8 catches for 97 yards and 1 touchdown against the Buccaneers’ defense. Last year, Harold Fannin led the Browns in receiving, and had 36+ receiving yards in 10
of his 16 games, while averaging 6.7 targets per game. In the opener, he was targeted just 3 times. Late in the second half, he finally caught 2 passes for 21 yards, and continued to show that ability to break tackles. If the coaching staff is trying to target things that got away from them, then not getting Fannin involved should be near the top of the list. I expect Fannin to be leveraged early this week, and with the Buccaneers’ defense, he’ll get over 35.5 receiving yards.
RB Raheim Sanders Over 8.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
The rushing distribution last week saw Quinshon Judkins get 12 carries, and other running backs (Raheim Sanders) get just 1. Then, non-quarterbacks had 9 carries, between Deshaun Watson and KC Concepcion. With Dylan Sampson out for awhile, Sanders becomes the backup running back and should get a boost in stock. He also had a nice kickoff return last week and caught several passes, but I’d look for him to get 3+ carries this week too. You’d *hope* that he’d be able to gain 9+ yards with those reps.
Deshaun Watson over 175.5 yards passing (-114)
I know we don’t like to hear things like, “Deshaun Watson looked less tentative in the first game,” because we’re sick of coddling him. However, I was saying that throughout training camp. That doesn’t mean he’s also a good decision-maker, as evidenced by him throwing the same interception on the first drive last week that he threw all of camp, but he does seem a bit more sure about pulling the trigger. Good or bad, that should lead to some decent statistical days, like last week, even if the play itself is utter crap. In other words, you can be right about him sucking, but also take advantage of the eventual stat padding via the air (over 175.5 passing yards).
