Well, it’s safe to say that last week was a rather eventful one for Juventus.
And not because they actually won a game or two after going nearly two months without claiming three points.
It is because the
winless run Juventus went on cost Igor Tudor his job as Juventus manager. That news came down at the beginning of the work week. At the end of the week, Luciano Spalletti had been hired and had all of one training session before making his debut at the club against Cremonese on Saturday night.
A lot has happened.
But after eight games without a win, Juventus have now won back-to-back games and got off to a successful start with their new manager. That’s a lot more than we can say about how the last couple of months with the now-former manager both domestically and in the Champions League.
