The Seattle Seahawks 2026 regular season schedule is here!
It’ll be an earlier start than usual for the Super Bowl champions, who begin their quest for a repeat on Sept. 9 with a Super Bowl 60 rematch against the New England Patriots. Due to the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers game on Australia on Thursday (well, Friday in Melbourne but Thursday in the United States), Seattle vs. New England is a rare Wednesday night showdown. The Seahawks will spend the rest of September on the road against the Arizona
Cardinals and Washington Commanders.
For those of you who believe the Seahawks don’t get enough national attention, you’re going to get your fill of Seahawks football in primetime and/or standalone windows. Seattle will have seven nationally televised games, with a whopping five of the nine Lumen Field games played under the bright lights. Their final primetime home game will be on Christmas Day against the Los Angeles Rams. It’ll also double as their regular season home finale, as for the third year in a row the Seahawks will play Weeks 17 and 18 on the road. Last season, they faced the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers to end the regular season, this year it’ll be the Panthers and Rams. Yes, two Rams games in the span of three weeks at the tail-end of the season.
Seattle’s bye is set for Week 11, sandwiched in between road games against the Las Vegas Raiders and 49ers. The first half of the year is heavily front-loaded with home dates, with a rare three-game stretch that includes the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football, the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football, and the Arizona Cardinals.
As another interesting scheduling wrinkle: Seattle will play games on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They have almost every day of the week covered.
