I mean, Cam Ward has to figure it out sometime, right? Kidding.
Last season, I souned the alarm bell that the Ravens were winning unconvincingly. But even with all of 2025’s injuries and chaos, Baltimore consistently still
beat every bad quarterback they faced. Ward is undeniably struggling, and I do not think he will have a coming-out party against Jesse Minter’s defense. Lamar Jackson is playing at an extremely high level, but the Titans’ defensive line could be the great equalizer against Baltimore’s shuffled interior. But even if Jeffrey Simmons and Co. can hold serve against Jackson, Derrick Henry, and a fully-healthy Zay Flowers, it is hard to see Tennessee’s offense keeping up. If the Ravens defense is truly hungry for a get-right performance in front of the home crowd, they should have no problem stuffing Ward in the dirt and putting up their best game of the season.
X-factor: Justice Hill’s pass protection. Between Tennessee’s D-line duo of Jeffrey Simmons and John Franklin-Myers and new starters at center and right guard, the Ravens’ interior O-line will be feeling the heat on Sunday. If Saleh uses inside linebacker blitzes as recent opponents have, Hill could play a major role in pass protection. Jackson only needs an extra split-second to make a play; can Hill give it to him when he needs it?
Score prediction: Ravens 27, Titans 13

The Ravens have been starving for a convincing win at home, where they’ve now last four straight games dating back to last November. For many years, the Ravens had a reputation for playing dominant defensive football against young quarterbacks on their home turf. I think we see them perform in that mold this Sunday. The Ravens should be able to get pressure on Cam Ward and force multiple turnovers against this Titans’ offense, which lacks any matchup advantages versus Baltimore’s defensive units. The Titans’ biggest offensive strength is their running back duo of Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears, who are averaging nearly 100 combined scrimmage yards per game and each eclipsing 4.5+ yards per carry. Look for the Ravens to try to tighten up their run defense in this game and live with Tennessee’s passing attack trying to beat their secondary.
X-factor: Vega Ioane. The first-round pick is set to make his first ever start at center following injuries to both of the team’s primary centers. Ioane looked good in limited action at center in Week 3 when he took over in the fourth quarter, but the sample size was very small. He’ll need to quickly adapt to the operations of the position and snapping the ball cleanly to avoid broken exchanges with Lamar Jackson. Ioane will have his hands full against Jeffery Simmons, who is one of the premier defensive lineman in the league.
Score prediction: Ravens 30, Titans 13

The Ravens, in the midst of the second-longest home win drought in the NFL, host an 0-3 Titans squad that might be the most defeated-looking team I’ve seen in Week 4 of any season in recent memory. A stoppable force meets a moveable object, and I think around here, we’re all just hoping the Ravens can make it a little easier on themselves than they have the last two weeks.
If you’ve followed the Titans over the last few weeks, vibes are bad, to say the least. Cam Ward sits dead last in passing yardage among starting QBs that have played all three games this season. Their top two running backs are banged up, and the team is in the bottom five in both rushing and passing. I get the sense that Tennessee’s offense will plod along in this one if it gets going at all, and I’m hopeful that the Ravens D gets a confidence boost from some successes. We’ve seen forced fumbles pay dividends, but I’d love to see a few picks or some sacks from the interior of the D-line.
On the flip side, Baltimore is going to have to figure out what the heck to do along the O-line. Just a few days out from the game, we still don’t have a great idea of who lines up where, and they have the tough task ahead of trying to keep Jeffrey Simmons away from LJ. Based on Derrick Henry disclosing this week that he felt like the Titans unceremoniously shuffled him out of town, I’d put the ball in the big man’s hands and let him get his anger out on their defense, especially given how much better the line has looked in run blocking than in pass protection.
X-factor: Matthew Hibner
I felt like doubling down on King Henry here was cheating, so I’m going to give props to the rookie tight end. He showed up big time last game, and he’s looked confident as a short-yardage option for Lamar. Look for him to make another big play this week, and hopefully one that comes after the defense sets him up on a short field.
Score prediction: Ravens 27, Titans 9

If there was ever a week for the Ravens’ defense to start looking like the unit most people envisioned with Jesse Minter at the helm, then it is this week against a struggling Titans’ offense with a young quarterback. Baltimore has shown glimpses of what their defense can be in every game so far this season, but fourth quarter woes in particular have dragged the unit down. Tennessee does not have a Chris Olave, George Pickens, or CeeDee Lamb at wide receiver, so the Ravens should not have to play the deep pass as hard. Even without Trey Hendrickson, Baltimore’s front should be able to generate enough pressure on Cam Ward. Finishing sacks and avoiding missed tackles, especially on third down, will be key to finally having a dominant defensive performance this week.
X-factor: Andrew Vorhees. It is expected for Vorhees to get the start at right guard as Vega Ioane moves to center. The interior offensive line has already been an issue for the Ravens’ offense through three weeks and Jeffery Simmons presents the biggest challenge yet for the group. Vorhees needs to hold up so that Vega does not have any extra pressure on him in the middle in his first start at center.
Score prediction: Ravens 31, Titans 13
