Three things to know about Bayern:
- Bayern are unbeaten in 23 league games stretching back to last season. They’ve won more on the road from 1985 to 1987 (26 games) and 2012 to 2014 (33 games).
- Michael Olise is only three assists away from levelling Thomas Müller’s insane tally of 21 assists in 2019/20. The Frenchman is also the second-most involved player in goals and assists in the Bundesliga for Bayern with 29 G/A, behind Harry Kane’s 36. The last time that there were two players with 30+ G/A involvements was 2008/09, when Edin Džeko (32) and Grafite (33) led Wolfsburg’s charge to the title.
- Bayern’s last meeting with St. Pauli was a 3-1 win at the Allianz. The hosts went behind early on but equalized through Raphaël Guerreiro. They only took the lead in the 93rd minute through Luis Díaz before Nicolas Jackson scored the third a few minutes later.

Three things to know about St. Pauli:
- St. Pauli has lost 10 of their last 11 meetings with the Rekordmeister.
- The Kiezkicker has scored the fewest goals in the league so far with 25. That is a quarter of the goals that Bayern has scored in the meantime.
- St. Pauli has only ever won three matches against Bayern, last overcoming the Bavarians on February 6, 2002; their last away win at Bayern was all the way back on March 2, 1991.
Prediction: Bayern wins 4-0 with goals from Jamal Musiala, Nicolas Jackson, Serge Gnabry, and Luis Díaz.
