Serie A interest in Goretzka is spreading (Football Italia)
Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka is getting interest from clubs everywhere (and rightfully so, he is having a good season — and could be a starter for Germany at the World Cup). However, the most interest in the 31-year-old could be coming from Italy:
Leon Goretzka will be a free agent this summer, so Napoli are the latest contenders for his signature, joining Milan, Inter and Arsenal.
Milan and Inter are ready to duel, but the Corriere dello Sport now confirms that Napoli are keeping a close
eye on the situation too.
It would be the second consecutive summer picking up a veteran for free, after they snapped up Kevin De Bruyne from Manchester City.
Other clubs intrigued by Goretzka include Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal.
At first, it seemed like Goretzka might just take a deal to ride off into the sunset. Now, though, this is starting to feel like Goretzka could get a very nice contract, while going to a very desirable location.
Unhappy Vušković drawing EPL interest, too (Bild via Get German Football News)
Per a report, Tottenham Hotspur loanee Luka Vušković is “unhappy” with Spurs. While the Croatian is already a known commodity for his awesome season so far, there are some Premier League clubs — allegedly — keeping an eye on him as well:

🏴 Liverpool and Chelsea are monitoring the 19-year-old’s situation.
Vuskovic is also unhappy with the lack of trust in him from Tottenham last summer.
There is wide speculation that Tottenham would require a king’s ransom to get Vušković, which could be part of the alleged unhappiness for the 19-year-old. Bayern Munich has kicked the tires on the youngster, but the defender could be too expensive for the Bavarians.
If Vušković keeps up his great run of play in the Bundesliga and picks up an important role at the World Cup, he could become even more desirable. Vušković scored in the 6th minute vs. Colombia on Thursday.
Multiple clubs vying for Tonali (ESPN)
Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali is quickly becoming one of the most popular transfer market targets for the summer:
Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are all in the race to sign Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali this summer, according to Nicolo Schira. Newcastle will only entertain offers around the £100 million mark for the Italy international midfielder, who has been one of the Magpies’ key players since arriving from AC Milan in 2023. The report comes in a week when Man United have also been reported to have made a move for Tonali’s midfield partner at St James’ Park, Bruno Guimarães.
Kane, Olise, Kimmich named to Team of the Month (Who Scored)
Bayern Munich stars Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Joshua Kimmich were all named to WhoScored.com’s Bundesliga Team of the Month:
Stones to Everton? (TEAMtalk via ESPN)
Not all that long ago, Manchester City star John Stones was linked to Bayern Munich. Now, though, the Englishman might want a return to Everton:
Manchester City defender John Stones is open to a return to Everton.
Milan could sell Leão (Gazzetta dello Sport via ESPN)
At one point last summer, Rafael Leão was closely linked to Bayern Munich. Now, though, AC Milan is probably wishing it sold him last summer and he could be available in the coming months:
AC Milan are willing to listen to offers for winger Rafael Leão in the summer.
Leão has 10 goals and two assists in 24 games across all competitions this season, but has hit a bit of an icy patch in the second half of the season.
