The Baltimore Ravens have selected Missouri edge rusher Zion Young with the 45th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, adding a ferocious power rusher to their defensive line.
Young, 22, is the No. 16 overall prospect on Baltimore Beatdown’s big board. He is a violent, relentless defender who uses physicality and power to disrupt against the run and pressure opposing quarterbacks. At 6-foot-6 and 262 pounds, he has the strength and size to slide to the interior as a pass rusher, similar to former Raven
Za’Darius Smith.
Young began his college career at Michigan State and started 11 games across his first two years. He transferred to Missouri in 2024, where he made a relatively quiet debut as a Tiger with 2.5 sacks and 5.5 tackles for loss. He broke out last season with 16.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks, earning him First Team All-SEC honors.
