As fans and teams start to look ahead to the 2026 NFL Draft, it’s important to take note of how potential targets perform in their final collegiate games. On that note, the Browns are most likely going
to be paying close attention to a few players in each of this season’s College Football Playoff games.
Here is one player from each team that could be on Cleveland’s radar in the noon game today:
WR C.J. Daniels – Miami
Daniels has excellent size and length for the position at 6’2”, 205 lbs., and he’s been Miami’s most reliable deep threat in 2025. He doesn’t necessarily possess the traits of a WR1 at the next level, but he’s shown the ability to be a dangerous complimentary weapon for a team like Cleveland that likes to take shots downfield.
He wins with speed and body control at the catchpoint, which should translate over pretty well to the next level. Daniels has also lined up and been effective both in the slot and outside at the college level which increases his value.
Projected round: 6th
OT Trey Zuhn III – Texas A&M
Zuhn has been one of the better offensive tackles in the SEC over the past two seasons, consistently displaying above-average technique and pad-level in pass protection. Though his hand placement has been spotty at times, he’s been able to overcome it with constant hand movement throughout each rep.
Some teams view him as an offensive guard at the next level due to his lack of arm length, but he moves well enough in short areas to remain on the outside as well. Either way, he’s most likely a player that the Browns are interested in right now.
Projected round: 4th
