Rumors for the Day:
- WrestleVotes notes there has not been a negative reaction within AEW to Ronda Rousey coming in, from wrestlers or otherwise.
- The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal moving to SmackDown every year was done because WWE doesn’t try to get everyone on the card at WrestleMania anymore, says Fightful Select.
- The current plan for Penta’s Intercontinental title defense at WrestleMania 42 is a multi-man match of some sort, says WrestleVotes.
- The Observer brings word that WWE is monitoring traveling issues with the NXT roster ahead of their live show in Houston this week. There were apparently weather related flight delays in Orlando.
- Per Fightful, Royce Keys started on the main roster instead of NXT because he specifically asked for that to be the case when negotiating his contract.
- According to PW Insider, the belief within MLW is that Alexander Hammerstone suffered a significant injury that will keep him out for a long time.
