Now that so many teams are out of the World Cup, including Germany, many fans are focused on the getting their respective club players healthy.
That is no different at Bayern Munich where fans wants squad members like Jamal Musiala and Alphonso Davies to have some downtime for rest and recovery ahead of what will be an absolutely grueling club season.
Well, about Musiala…
The Germany international has already undergone a “routine procedure” upon his return to Germany, per a release from FCBayern.com:
Jamal Musiala underwent a minor, planned routine procedure after returning from the World Cup. This measure is part of the normal medical process following his serious injury last summer and had long been scheduled for after the tournament in North America. The procedure allows the attacking midfielder to complete preseason training according to a clearly structured plan, ensuring his availability for the start of FC Bayern’s competitive matches.
This is curious as it was not previously mentioned by Musiala, nor the club, but hopefully it will help set the young star on the right pathway forward for the 2026/27 season.
