There is truly nothing Steph Curry cannot do.
Olympic champ? Yup. NBA champ? Four times. Golf? Reddit says he could go D1.
Now, Chef Curry is teaming up with Chef Michael Mina to introduce a new bourbon bar to San Francisco’s Union Square. Per the San Francisco Chronicle, the collab will take place in the Westin St. Francis, where Mina is bringing back his Bourbon Steakhouse restaurant, with Curry’s bourbon bar, Eighth Rule, on the opposite side of the lobby.
Curry is clearly devoted to the art of bourbon,
as he debuted his own brand of bourbon, Gentleman’s Cut, in 2023. The name of his bar refers to the secret code amongst bourbon-heads that there are seven rules of making bourbon — and the name Eighth Rule implies that hanging out at Curry’s bar is the eighth.
“I’ve always dreamt of creating my own little haven to bring people together, and now we have the perfect location,” Curry said in a press release announcing the collaboration.
